Customers may cancel reservations up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours: • You might be charge up to 50% of the total amount. ​If weather conditions create unsafe riding conditions, Outdoor Expeditions LLC may: ​• Reschedule the trip at no cost OR • Issue a refund. ​Examples include: • severe storms • hurricanes • flooding • wildfires • government closures • unsafe trail conditions
