By accessing our website, booking a reservation, renting equipment, participating in tours, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

Outdoor Expeditions LLC provides outdoor recreation services including ATV rentals, UTV rentals, off-road vehicle experiences, RV rentals, guided tours, and self-guided trail experiences at multiple locations.
Many activities may occur in public lands such as Ocala National Forest, private properties, or permitted trail systems.
Some locations may require additional permits or access authorizations, which will be disclosed during reservation prior to payment.
2. WEBSITE USE
Users may:
• Create accounts
• Book tours or rentals
• Purchase products
• Contact customer service
• Communicate through chat features
Users agree not to:
• Use the website for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt services
• Copy or redistribute company content
• Use false identity information
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of account access.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND DATA SECURITY
Users may create accounts through the website hosted on Wix.

• Payment information
Sensitive data is processed through secure payment providers and encrypted systems.

4. BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made online through our website.
By booking a reservation, customers agree to:

• Liability Waiver
• Safety rules
• Vehicle rental agreement
Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.
Customers must arrive on time for scheduled tours.
If a customer arrives 30 minutes or more late, the reservation will be considered a no-show and both the reservation and deposit will be forfeited.
5. PAYMENT POLICY
Accepted payment methods may include:
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• ACH payments
• PayPal
• Klarna
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Cash App
• Cryptocurrency
• Cash
Different payment providers may charge processing fees which may be added to the total purchase price.
Applicable sales taxes will also be applied.
Customers will receive a detailed receipt for every transaction.
6. DEPOSITS AND DAMAGE LIABILITY
A $500 refundable deposit is required for self-guided rentals.
Deposits may be withheld if:
• Equipment is damaged
• Vehicles are misused
• Rules are violated
• Cleaning or recovery services are required
Maximum customer liability for vehicle damage:
ATV: $1,500 maximum liability
UTV: $3,000 maximum liability
If a vehicle is flipped, rolled, submerged, severely damaged, or abused through reckless operation, the customer agrees to pay the applicable damage charges up to the maximum liability limits.
Customers are responsible for all damages caused by negligence or misuse.
7. REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions.
Full refunds may occur if Outdoor Expeditions LLC cancels a reservation due to:
• Mechanical failure
• Vehicle malfunction
• Lack of safety equipment
• Fuel issues
• Staff or operational issues
Partial payments made by customers are non-refundable unless the company is responsible for the cancellation.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel reservations up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours:
• Deposits may be forfeited.
If weather conditions create unsafe riding conditions, Outdoor Expeditions LLC may:
• Reschedule the trip at no cost
OR
• Issue a refund.
Examples include:
• severe storms
• hurricanes
• flooding
• wildfires
• government closures
• unsafe trail conditions
9. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
To operate vehicles:
Minimum driver age: 16 years old
Requirements include:
• Valid identification
• Physical ability to operate vehicles
• Maximum rider weight of 300 pounds
Participants must confirm they are:
• Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not pregnant
• Not suffering from heart conditions or medical issues that impair vehicle operation
Outdoor Expeditions LLC relies on participant honesty and does not verify medical conditions.
Participants assume full responsibility for their physical condition.
10. MINORS
Minors may participate only with a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians must:
• Sign liability waivers
• Accept full responsibility for the minor
• Supervise participation
Outdoor Expeditions LLC assumes no responsibility for injuries involving minors.
11. PASSENGERS
Passengers may not be permitted in certain vehicles depending on state regulations.
If a customer violates passenger restrictions:
• The customer assumes full liability
• The customer agrees to pay all fines, penalties, and damages
• The company reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately.
12. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Speeding
• Reckless driving
• Stunts or risky maneuvers
• Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Carrying firearms during tours or while riding
• Open alcohol containers
• Property destruction
• Trail violations
This is not a firearms or shooting range activity.
Violation may result in:
• Immediate termination of the activity
• Loss of deposit
• Possible legal action.
13. SAFETY EQUIPMENT
All riders must wear safety equipment when required.
Participants under 21 years of age must wear all safety equipment provided.
Failure to use required equipment may result in removal from the activity.
14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Outdoor recreation involves inherent risks including but not limited to:
• Vehicle accidents
• Terrain hazards
• Wildlife encounters
• Weather changes
• Mechanical failures
• Falling or collisions
By participating in any activity, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks, including injury or death.
15. LIABILITY WAIVER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Outdoor Expeditions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims related to:
• personal injury
• death
• property damage
• accidents
Participants agree they are responsible for their own insurance and medical expenses.
16. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any disputes arising from services provided by Outdoor Expeditions LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.
Participants agree to waive the right to file lawsuits against the company.
Arbitration shall occur in the State of Florida.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including:
• logos
• images
• videos
• written materials
• branding
• graphics
are the exclusive property of Outdoor Expeditions LLC.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Outdoor Expeditions LLC shall not be liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
• hurricanes
• natural disasters
• government restrictions
• trail closures
• fires
• floods
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any arbitration or legal proceedings shall take place within the State of Florida.
20. AGREEMENT
By booking a reservation, creating an account, or participating in any activity, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
